Hi there,

Grace here 🙂

In my last blog, I revealed how I turned myself from an industry nobody…

To the 8-figure success story that I am today (not to toot my own horn, but sometimes you just have to 😉 )

You’re probably wondering how it all happened though…

How did something as simple as becoming an ambassador for my local Female Entrepreneur networking group, and running and hosting their catch-ups…

Catapult me from being completely unknown…

To finally being paid what I was worth, and gaining that celebrity status in my field I so desperately needed to be heard AND taken seriously.

How did I go from being $100,000 in debt…

To having an 8 figure business in just 6 years, servicing 60,000 women across 72 countries?

And how did it turn me from the anxious presenting mess I once was…

To now confidently and comfortably hosting hundreds of events to thousands of women?

Well…

After my business plummeted 6-credit cards in deficit (ad spend and failed strategies burned to ashes)…

And my mental and physical health took a hit too…

I knew something had to change.

After taking a deep dive, spending hundreds of hours researching online and discovering that successful female entrepreneurs were all leading a community and had manufactured their own celebrity status…

I became an ambassador for my local female entrepreneur networking chapter, started building momentum…

This felt like my first real taste of success… finally!

It was actually through this ambassadorship experience that I found the difference between success and failure all boils down to two critical factors:

1. Removing Bottlenecks

An upside of partnering with an established brand to run events, and grow my credibility and authority in a saturated market…

Was getting the support of a large organisation to drive the marketing and registrations.

This made a HUGE difference to filling the venue, and removed a ton of stress off my shoulders.

But there’s another bottleneck that women who stumble upon this “credibility hack” often encounter…

And that’s building the “marketing machine” to monetise the opportunity they’ve created.

It’s crafting an offer…

Embracing the tech…

Creating it…

Automating everything…

Selling it..

And fulfilling it, then managing ongoing customer support once a client has purchased.

Talk about a brick in your backpack when you’re first starting out!

By removing these complex and frustrating tasks out of the mix like course and online portal creation, managing ongoing customer support and hosting coaching calls, I could dive directly into my “Genius Zone” and focus on growing my confidence.

As an ambassador, I didn’t need to do any of these tough jobs!

Nope.

All I needed to do was be the bubbly, encouraging, positive leader and hostess to these ladies who were attending my events 🙂 Everything else was handled for me.

With this being my main focus, I quickly learnt how to engage and connect in a room, hone my presentation skills, and move up the authority ladder.

And guess what?

By fast-tracking my path to being a speaker, being in front of a room and hosting events, I quickly found…

Instead of chasing clients, they came CHASING ME!

What’s more, because I had developed what I now know as ‘authority’ I was finally able to charge what I was worth.

It seems counterintuitive, right?

I mean, it wasn’t even my brand…

Yet… by leveraging off their coattails, it made my personal brand shine.

I quickly moved up the ladder from being a generalist ‘nobody’…

To an expert speaker.

We see this all the time with artists collaborating.

When Beyonce and Lady Gaga did a song together, it built both their profiles.

It’s win/win.

And the truth is, when you align yourself with a more established brand…

It naturally rubs off on you.

Imagine, for instance…

If you shared the stage with Anthony Robbins…

Or Brene Brown…

This would naturally lift your brand up in the eyes of others… right?

Gaining celebrity status, by leveraging off an established brand changed the game for me.

I was automatically seen as authoritative, credible and knowledgeable…

Therefore I was more influential and persuasive, which built more trust with my audience.

And do you know what happens when your audience trusts you?

They’re far more likely to follow you, and invest in your products and services.

This brings me to my second critical factor when it comes to the difference between success and failure:

2. Gaining Momentum

You see, by eliminating all the frustrating aspects of building a business, and diving directly into presenting in front of a group…

I was able to quickly enter my Genius Zone.

My confidence grew…

And as my confidence grew, I gained more exposure…

And as I gained more exposure, I was more in demand…

And as I became more in demand, I could charge more…

And as I charged more, my confidence grew…

Are you seeing a pattern here?

My confidence, celebrity status and finally getting paid what I’m worth was all thanks to becoming an ambassador for my local female entrepreneur networking chapter 🙂

That’s why I’ve created a platform that makes it easy for our female entrepreneurs to shortcut the entire process and…

Create as much authority in a few weeks as most coaches do in years.

This is the key to working less and achieving more so you can…

  • Enjoy more time with your kids
  • Pursue the hobbies you love
  • Renovate your house
  • Move to a new neighbourhood
  • Take a beach holiday
  • Or send your kids to a better school

That’s right.

My Doing Ambassador Program allows you to ethically “borrow” Celebrity Status from The Doers Way in order to make more sales, have more influence and change more lives…

Even if nobody knows your name (YET)…

So if you’re wanting to fast-track the process of gaining more exposure and becoming more in demand…

In my next blog I’ll be telling you more about my brand new program that will solve your biggest problems as a female entrepreneur…

I’ll also talk you through how I overcame certain obstacles, like my fears of:

  • Public speaking
  • Getting ladies to the events
  • Being perceived as salesy
  • And never seeing myself as “a leader”

See you then.

xx
